As our Influencer Marketing & Creator Community Manager, you'll own one of the most important growth and brand engines we have: the people who tell our story for us. You won't just run campaigns. You'll build a creator ecosystem that fuels paid social, drives affiliate revenue, and turns Magic Mind into the brand creators genuinely love and recommend. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and community building, where every creator partnership is both a revenue driver and a long-term brand asset.

If you're a builder who gets equally excited about negotiating a high-performing whitelisting deal and DM'ing a creator on their birthday, this is your shot to scale a program that touches every part of how Magic Mind grows.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end influencer and creator community function at Magic Mind. That means everything from sourcing and vetting creators, to negotiating deals, to developing creative briefs, to running gifting and seeding programs at scale, to building the ambassador community that becomes the connective tissue of our brand. You'll partner closely with paid social, brand, lifecycle, and retail teams to make sure every creator touchpoint is reinforcing the same flywheel: more authentic content, more whitelisting-ready assets, more affiliate revenue, and a deeper bench of creators who genuinely live the brand.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the DMs, in the spreadsheets, and in the creative reviews. You'll also be expected to think like an operator: building playbooks, SOPs, and reporting frameworks that let the program scale without losing the human touch that makes creator marketing actually work.
