As our Marketing Manager, you’ll help orchestrate the campaigns, partnerships, and programs that propel Magic Mind from $50M toward $250M in revenue. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends creative collaboration with sharp project management. You’ll manage campaigns across channels, create marketing briefs, and support marketing initiatives that ladder up to our growth and brand goals.

The Role

You’ll lead marketing campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, managing timelines, briefs, and workflows from idea to launch. You’ll coordinate with Growth, Brand, and Partnerships teams to ensure campaigns are on brand, on time, and optimized for performance.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker and project manager - comfortable briefing creators, analyzing campaign results, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned toward business goals.

What You'll Own

Campaign Management & Execution • Lead the planning process, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across website, Meta, YouTube, email, influencer, PR, podcast, and partnership channels • Build and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. • Manage deliverables, and maintain smooth handoffs between creative, growth, and partnerships teams

Briefing & Project Management • Write clear, strategic creative briefs for internal teams, agencies, and creators. • Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring all campaign tasks are delivered on time and meet brand standards • Serve as the central point of communication between brand, creative, and paid media teams

Events, Partnerships & Influencer Programs • Support the execution of partnership campaigns, brand collaborations, and key events • Manage logistics and deliverables for influencer and PR initiatives, from podcasts to creator partnerships, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with campaign goals

Performance & Campaign Reporting • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across all channels • Identify insights and opportunities for optimization and future planning •  Develop post-campaign reports to highlight ROI, creative learnings, and strategic takeaways

About You
